Digital Work Flow For Surgical Planning and Placement of Dental Implants
If you are an oral surgeon, periodontist, or a general dentist who places dental implants and want to transform your implant placement precision and safety to new levels, this course is for you. No more implants placed in poor position or other complications related to implant angulation or inadequacy of bone. This course on digital workflow for surgical planning and placement of dental implants will provide you the knowledge, tools, and skills to offer the best possible treatment for your patients while avoiding many complications.
Description: During this one day hands-on course, we will present the digital work flow for diagnosis, surgical and restorative planning, and execution of dental implant placement. We will discuss role of cone beam CT scan and how to interpret it. We will also demonstrate use of optical scan with hands-on experience. We will then show participants how to use planning software to import data, merge files, create a case, and full spectrum of digital planning for surgical placement of dental implants. Finally, we will demonstrate how to design and print surgical guides on 3-D printers.
